About Mary Anne Michael

Mary Anne's clients speak enthusiastically about her devotion to helping them with their real estate needs by utilizing her intelligence, enthusiasm, and drive. As a transplant to Davidson, Mary Anne is passionate about the area, and understands her client's needs when going through a move. A native of Connecticut, Mary Anne spent over 20 years working in NYC, living first in upper Manhattan then in various suburbs in Westchester County. Prior to her real estate career, Mary Anne sold and traded securities in the financial markets. Dealing with CFOs to back office staff in the fast moving world of trading and sales provided great training for the real estate business. From the world of finance to the real estate marketplace, Mary Anne is committed to bringing the highest level of care and diligence to her clients. Mary Anne's husband Alan, originally from Winston Salem, chose a transfer opportunity through the Federal Reserve Bank to relocate to Charlotte. Alan has since shifted his career but was committed to remaining in Charlotte when making the move. Mary Anne and Alan have been thrilled to call River Run in Davidson home since their move to NC in 2006. As an award winning Associate for Lake Norman Realty for more than 13 years, Mary Anne is headquartered in their Cornelius office which is conveniently located to serve the Lake Norman real estate community just off I-77 at Exit 28. Mary Anne also spends time in Lake Norman Realty's Davidson office, conveniently located on Main Street in Davidson. Lake Norman Realty has been serving the community's real estate needs for over 30 years with dedication and compassion to each individual's needs, which parallel Mary Anne's personal belief in customer care.
